A weekly subscription of physiotherapist led pilates, yoga and strength classes that will allow you to move more and feel better, right from the comfort of your own home

At practiceedge, we have always prioritised the health and safety of our clients and staff, and for these reasons we have temporarily ceased face-to-face treatments at the clinic. But it’s not all bad, we have been working round the clock to bring you the best at home work outs to keep your body strong and your mind clear. Our Online Access Membership program will offer pilates, yoga and strength & conditioning classes.

Online Access Membership Package

For Only $30 a week for access to high quality, evidence-based, physiotherapist led classes. At the end of the 4 weeks, there will be an option to extend.

Pilates

So you’ve done pilates before; never like this! We will be bringing experienced pilates clients a variety of classes from solid work out to “OH MY GOD”. 

Yoga

For beginners, dip your toe into the invigorating and mindful world of yoga. For experienced yogi’s, we will regularly present you with advanced classes to inspire and challenge you.

Strength Training

This course will be designed to allow you to build in to a safe and effective strength program from your living room.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to get started?

Not a lot! Get in your workout clothes, find a yoga mat and some clear space in front of the computer or television. 

For some classes you will need a resistance band or roller  but this will be stated in the class description. Resistance band is complimentary as part of your membership and we will mail this to you on sign up.

What if I have never done Pilates or Yoga before?

Start with the introduction session and work your way through our classes, from start to finish. If you are really fresh, you might want to visit the strong foundation classes several times before moving forwards. Just go at your own pace and stop if you feel any discomfort. Remember to try and take a couple of rest days per week.

What should I do after class?

Most of our classes incorporate stretching at the start and end of the session. You should be feeling invigorated and good to go afterwards! If you want a little extra zen, try our stretch and warm down routine and/or go for a walk. Make sure you hydrate well after each class

Can I book a live class with friends?

Sure, contact us directly at info@practiceedge.com and we can arrange a session for you and your friends to do as a group.

Can I book a 1:1 session?

Of course! If you want further guidance, just book a 40 minute 1:1 appointment with one of our lovely physiotherapists.

We can also arrange 1:1 Live Tele-Health sessions for a workout specific to your own needs.

Please note that 1:1 sessions are billed separately to the Home Health Hero Program.

Can Anyone Join?

We have designed our classes thoughtfully for all levels. We take you through a journey from the basics and progress through to intermediate and advanced levels. The concepts of our ‘Strong Foundations’ course are technically basic, but this in no way means they are easy…be prepared for a great  workout with every class. If you are a pilates guru, it’s valuable to go back to basics every now and again so that you can excell further with your practice in the future.

How is the content delivered?

We have a HUGE amount of pre-recorded content readily available for you when you first log in.

We will also be uploading new content regularly to continually challenge and inspire you.

How many times can I watch the videos?

You have unlimited access to all of our content for 1 month. Find your favourites & play them again and again!

What if I have an injury? Are these classes still OK for me?

a lot of cues to feel the exercises in all the right places. If you are concerned about an injury, please get in touch. One of our physiotherapists will contact you personally to discuss your symptoms and determine whether this program would be a great fit for you. If you would like further guidance, we can schedule a 1:1 initial online session to gather a full history, assess your injury and run you through some of the content with visual feedback to see how you manage.
